Refunds

At Victoria Bliss, we encourage conscious purchasing. In the event that a suitable size or style exchange is not available, we offer refunds in accordance with the below policy.

Refund requests must be submitted by emailing hello@victoria-bliss.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds. This contributes to the cost of processing, handling, and shipping associated with your order.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and Victoria Bliss is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. We recommend returning items via a tracked or registered service.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days (Australia only).

Please note, all sale items are final and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

 

Returns Policy

All items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging and all tags attached.

Garments must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Please take care when trying on garments, as we are unable to accept returns with:
– Makeup marks
– Stains or damage
– Scent of perfume

All sale items are final and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

 

Credit and Exchanges

We offer complimentary return shipping within Australia for exchanges or store credit.

A Victoria Bliss credit note is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Exchange or credit requests must be submitted by emailing hello@victoria-bliss.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items deemed faulty will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

In these instances, no restocking fee or return shipping costs will apply.
