Sizing & fit

Victoria Bliss garments are designed with a balance of tailored structure and fluid movement. Some styles are more fitted through the bodice, while others offer a more relaxed silhouette.

We recommend reviewing individual product descriptions and our size guide for the most accurate fit.

All our sizes are based on standard Australian measurements - you can find these measurements and conversions here: Size Guide.

For our dual alpha sizes (S/M and L/XL), these styles are oversized and relaxed in fit. If you're unsure which size to order our friendly team would love to help you. Please contact us here.

If you are between sizes, we recommend selecting based on your preferred fit - whether worn closer to the body or with more ease.

ONLINE ORDERS

Overseas shipping is currently offered to NZ, UK and EU markets. If you are outside Australia shipping times may be longer than usual and you may incur duty charges depending on your local regulations. If you can't see your country listed, check back in with us as we continue to expand our overseas markets.

Selected styles may be available for pre-order. These pieces are produced in limited runs, and estimated delivery timeframes will be clearly outlined on the product page.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will always do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Shipping

All orders are dispatched from Tasmania within 1-3 business days. 

Australian orders sent via standard shipping will arrive in 2-8 business days from dispatch. Express orders will arrive in 1-4 business days. Please allow an additional 2-4 business days to areas outside the metropolitan zones.

Free shipping is complimentary on orders over $500, excluding promotional periods.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided garments are returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from all returns. This contributes to the cost of processing, handling, and shipping associated with your order.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please email hello@victoria-bliss.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Once approved, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Yes - exchanges are welcome, subject to availability. If your preferred size or style is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

All returns for exchange are complimentary.


Garments must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns cannot be accepted on items showing signs of wear, including makeup marks, stains, damage, or scent of perfume.

All sale items are final and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items deemed faulty will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

No restocking fee or return shipping costs will apply in these instances.
